Fishing Report (Updated 11.8.2009)

Marcus Leach of Chattooga River Trout Unlimited reports that the Delayed Harvest season opened on November 1 on portions of the Chattooga River from SC Hwy 28 upstream to Reid Creek.  Water levels are high and the best way to catch fish right now is to focus on deep pools in the river and try to fish as deep as possible.  Streamer patterns are a good bet for newly stocked fish.
